SCKARZ are the fictional group which appears in Wrecking Heroes. They are the group of elite cybernoid agents who was hired by the Cyber Justice Dept after the death of Judgment Cyber. Their jobs is to hunt down the remaining cybernoids and others who survived during the crisis.

- The name is obviously a pun of SCARS (Special Combat Aggressive Reactionary System), an American fighting system. And also is referenced to Scar, a villain from Disney's The Lion King.
